Retro Basement to Modern Family Haven - Palos

This wonderful couple envisioned a complete overhaul of their basement, and we delivered a stunning transformation.

We took their dated 1970s retro space and reimagined it into a sleek, modern family hangout. The renovation included a remodeled bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and simple sleek tile work. Gone is the outdated paneling, replaced with modern fire-retardant drywall for safety and style.

While the walls were exposed, we added insulation to create a warmer, more comfortable space. To brighten things up, we installed luxury dimmable color-changing LED can lighting. Every detail was considered—even the original hollow-core slab doors were upgraded to premium six-panel solid doors.
