We had the pleasure of working with this wonderful couple to infuse their home with a touch of Southern charm. 

The transformation of the rich red Stampcrete for a elegant foundation, a covered porch with outdoor recessed lighting for a warm and inviting ambiance, and a brand-new 30-year architectural shingled roof for long-lasting protection. To top it all off, we installed a sleek outdoor LED ceiling fan—perfect for enjoying those warm summer nights. With these upgrades, we don’t think they’ll be looking to move anytime soon!

Retro Basement to Modern Family Haven - Palos

This wonderful couple envisioned a complete overhaul of their basement, and we delivered a stunning transformation. 

We took their dated 1970s retro space and reimagined it into a sleek, modern family hangout. The renovation included a remodeled  bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and simple sleek tile work. Gone is the outdated paneling, replaced with modern fire-retardant drywall for safety and style. 

While the walls were exposed, we added insulation to create a warmer, more comfortable space. To brighten things up, we installed luxury dimmable color-changing LED can lighting. Every detail was considered—even the original hollow-core slab doors were upgraded to premium six-panel solid doors. 

Best of all, we made it happen within budget, without compromising on quality.

Our clients had a clear vision: to revitalize their front porch by stabilizing its failing footing while enhancing the beauty to match their neighborhood. 

Every detail mattered! From the detailing routed into each column and post, to the enclosure at the bottom, we made the clients concerns, our concerns. At at the heart of the design was a cherished swing—a sentimental centerpiece that inspired the entire project. As this growing, hardworking family settles into their new space, we hope this renovation becomes a backdrop for years of laughter, joy, and lasting memories.
